Change of mind:

If you receive an instrument from us and are not satisfied you have up to 21 days to notify us and we will reimburse you the full amount when the instrument is received in brand-new conditions. 

If you would like to return your handpan past the 21 days you will be offered a store credit you can use to purchase another instrument. The shipping costs are at your expense.

Damages caused by the couriers:

If your handpan arrives with any damages caused during the shipping process, please notify us immediately and provide us with evidence.

We will replace the handpan FREE OF CHARGE.

Tuning issues upon arrival:

In the unlikely event that your handpan is not tuned upon arrival due to changes of environment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your instrument and we will replace the handpan FREE OF CHARGE. All of our handpans undergo quality control and are tuned to perfect pitch before sending, so tuning issues caused after receiving the instrument e.g. by dropping the instrument or by change of climates are not covered. 

 

Rust:

We advise all handpan owners to regularly oil their instruments to prevent rust and maintain optimal performance. Lack of maintenance will not be covered.

Damages caused by dropping the handpan are not covered,

however we will offer you our absolute best option for you to get a replacement.
